A: Life coaching is designed to help you explore what is most important to you and help you achieve it! Coaches guide you through conversations to uncover your innermost desires. (We sometimes shove these down deep due to beliefs or fears we may have about them.) Once we have identified what it is you want, we address the fears, and create an action plan to help you get it!
A: Definitely not. Therapy is more focused on healing the past and/or addressing medically diagnosed conditions. Coaching focuses more on the future and steps you can take in the present to lead you there.
A: No. Sadly, medical insurance companies do not pay for Life Coaching.
